Craft Cocktails
Mixed with the Mountains in Mind
Our cocktail menu is a collaboration — our chef and the bar team developed each drink around flavor first, pairing with the food menu in mind, and naming it for the landscape outside.
The Philosophy
Our cocktails are designed to sit alongside the food — bold enough to be interesting on their own, balanced enough to let the plate shine.
.
The names are drawn from the geography. The peaks. The weather systems. The landmarks you can see from where you’re sitting. These are just a few of our signature cocktails. Ask your server for our full drink menu when you visit.
Signature Cocktail: “231 MPH” Wind Gust
Named for the 231 mph wind gust recorded at the summit of Mount Washington — the highest surface wind speed ever documented on Earth. Inspired by the New Orleans Hurricane, this is a drink as memorable as the mountain it’s named for.
Bacardi White Rum · Malibu Rum · Pineapple Juice · Lime · Orange
Pecan Old Fashioned
Knob Creek bourbon meets a house-made pecan brown sugar syrup in this rooftop twist on the classic. Rich, nutty-sweet, and finished with bitters, it’s a slow sipper made for cool New England evenings.

Hibiscus Margarita
Blanco tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime meet a tart-sweet hibiscus syrup for a margarita that glows a deep ruby pink. Topped with an edible flower, it’s as pretty to look at as it is refreshing to sip.

On tap you’ll find local standbys from Moat Mountain in North Conway, Tuckerman Brewing in Conway, Saco River from across the Maine border, and the coveted Lunch IPA from Maine Beer Company.
New Hampshire Spirits
Cathedral Ledge Distillery | North Conway, NH · Hyper-Local
Named for the granite face you can see from North Conway’s village, Cathedral Ledge Distillery is as local as a spirit can be. When you order a drink made with Cathedral Ledge at The Viewpoint, you’re drinking this town — from the distillery up the road to the bar above the valley.
Tamworth Distilling | Tamworth, NH · Regional
One of New Hampshire’s most acclaimed small-batch distilleries, Tamworth Distilling is known for pushing boundaries with botanically complex, distinctive spirits. A program worth exploring — ask your bartender about what’s behind the bar.
